Hi, I'm Lauren — and I'm glad you're here.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, unsure where to start, or like previous attempts just didn't stick — you're not alone. And you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
I founded Blueberry because I believe meaningful health change doesn't happen through willpower or perfect meal plans. It happens through small, consistent steps taken with the right support — which is why everything here is built around small steps to meaningful change.

Working with individuals
I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals and families achieve lasting health change. Not the kind that lasts three weeks, but the kind that becomes part of who you are. After more than a decade in practice, what I've seen again and again is that the missing ingredient usually isn't information — it's someone who will genuinely listen, understand your whole picture, and help you build changes that fit your actual life.
That's what I'm here for.
My approach is grounded in health coaching principles, which means our sessions aren't about me handing you a plan. They're about building one together, at a pace that works for you. I'm also committed to ongoing learning and staying at the forefront of nutrition practice — because you deserve advice that's current, not dated.
With a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and specialist training in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care, I'm equipped to support a wide range of needs — including those other practitioners often overlook. If you've ever been told to "just eat better" without anyone asking what your life actually looks like, you'll find a different kind of conversation here.
And if you've had a difficult experience in a health setting before — felt judged, dismissed, or not heard — this is a genuinely judgement-free space. That's not a tagline. It's the foundation everything here is built on.
I'd love to work with you.
Working with organisations
Investing in your people's health is one of the most commercially sound decisions a business can make. The evidence is clear — employees who feel supported in their wellbeing are more engaged, more productive, and less likely to leave.
I partner with Australian businesses to design workplace wellbeing solutions that actually move the needle. Drawing on both my clinical expertise and a background in business, I work with People & Culture teams, safety leaders, and employee resource groups to create programs that are evidence-based, commercially credible, and built around the real priorities of your workforce — not alongside them as a tick-box exercise.
What that looks like in practice varies by organisation. From single-session lunch-and-learns to ongoing wellbeing partnerships, drop-in nutrition booths to employee benefits expos, every engagement is tailored to where your people are and what your business genuinely needs. The approach is always the same: practical, measurable, and designed for lasting impact.
I understand that a successful workplace wellbeing program has to earn its place alongside physical, mental, financial and social priorities — not compete with them. That's exactly how I design every solution.
If you're exploring how nutrition and wellbeing support could strengthen your team, I'd love to have that conversation.
