Every child — and every family — has different nutritional needs

Family nutrition is rarely one-size-fits-all — a fussy eater, a neurodivergent child and a hungry teenager all have genuinely different nutritional needs. Lauren works with families across all of these, without the guilt and without the generic advice.

Please note: Lauren only sees children from ages 3 and over.

Family nutrition Lauren works with

Fussy eaters

Selective eating is stressful — for the whole family. Lauren takes a non-pressured, evidence-based approach to expanding what your child will eat, without turning mealtimes into a battle. She works with toddlers through to teens.

Toddler (+3yrs) to teen nutrition

Nutritional needs change dramatically from toddlerhood through adolescence. Lauren provides age-appropriate, practical guidance — whether it's iron intake for a toddler (+3yrs), calcium for a growing teen, or fuelling an active young athlete.

Neurodivergent children

Children with ADHD, autism or sensory processing differences often have complex relationships with food. Lauren's neurodiversity-affirming approach meets your child where they are — without pressure, judgment or one-size-fits-all advice.

How Lauren works with families

The whole family picture

Lauren looks at your family's routines, preferences, budget and stress points — not just what's on the plate. Solutions have to work for your actual life.

Non-judgmental, always

There's no such thing as a perfect parent diet. Lauren's approach is warm, practical and entirely free of guilt or shame.

Partners welcome

If your partner does the cooking or grocery shopping, bring them along. The more people involved, the more sustainable the changes.

Telehealth fits family life

No babysitter needed. Your consultation happens via video from home — at a time that works around school pickup, work and everything else.
