Weight loss medications work best with the right nutrition

Weight loss medications change how your body experiences hunger, fullness and food. That's powerful — but without the right nutrition support, it's easy to under-eat, lose muscle mass, or miss out on the results you're working toward. Lauren works with you to build an eating approach that supports your medication, protects your health, and is actually sustainable.

You might be experiencing some of these

Nausea and food aversions

When eating feels hard, Lauren helps you find what works without compromising nutrition.

Muscle loss risk

Low appetite can mean low protein. Lauren ensures you're protecting muscle while losing fat.

Not eating enough

Weight loss medications can suppress appetite significantly. Under-eating has real consequences — Lauren helps you find the balance.

Nutritional gaps

Eating less means you need to be smarter about what you eat. Lauren makes sure you're covering your bases.

Plateaus and slow progress

If results have stalled, nutrition strategy may be the missing piece.

Sustainable habits after medication

Lauren helps you build eating habits that last beyond your time on medication.

Evidence-based weight loss medication nutrition support

Lauren stays at the forefront of nutrition practice — including the rapidly evolving evidence around weight loss medications. Sessions are practical and built around your life, your medication dose, your side effects, and your goals. There's no one-size-fits-all plan here. Just personalised, flexible support from an Accredited Practising Dietitian who understands how these medications work and what your body needs alongside them.
